The receptionist was wonderful and showed us best things to do in the area not just because it’s pet of her job but with her heart. We got a farewell present and a bottle of red wine in the room. Nespresso capsules and water refilled everyday. Overextended our expectations. Thank you for creating such a lovely place and lovely experience.

After the leaving I have forgotten my personal belonging in the room. They contacted me immediately about this issue via email and were very helpful to deal with this extraordinary situation.

The facility has excellent pools where children can spend the whole day, and the dining service is of the highest quality. I want to particularly mention the restaurant staff who fully catered to our needs. Notable among them is Sous Chef Christos, who personally attended to our needs and allergies. Christos is a person for whom words are not enough to express his kindness. He is courteous, collaborative, cheerful, and always present! Thanks to his constant help, we were able to have a worry-free vacation. Thank you, Christos! Also, the dining room staff Giannis and Giorgios were incredibly helpful and courteous, always at our service! Enorme Santanna Beach erbjuder 4-stjärnigt boende vid stranden i Ierapetra och har säsongsöppen utomhuspool, fitnesscenter och trädgård. Utöver rumsservice har detta boende även en terrass. Servicen, läget och som en överraskning så var maten väldigt bra trots buffé vi normalt inte tycker om. Olika teman varje dag. Fantastisk frukost!!
